Qik (currently in the hands of Skype) has just released a new app for the iPhone. Called Qik Video connection, this app allows users to call for 2-way, record video mall and host live video broadcasts that you feel comfortable sharing on Facebook and Twitter can. In addition to broadcast your own videos, you can easily get a newsfeed that loads of videos of all your friends, so you never have to miss a post from dan. Qik Video connection works over 3 G, 4 G (not supported by the iPhone at the moment) and WiFi. The app is available on the App store for $ 2.99, while the free version still waiting for approval from Apple. The main differences between the premium and the free version is the addition of real-time effects and filters (such as those found in the Qik Video Camera Pro app currently available), editing tools and support for HD video quality. Head here if you would like to connect to Qik Video a shot.
